Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Store Manager, located in Electronic city. The Store Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction. Qualifications

  • Must have salon experience.
  • Strong Communication skills to engage with clients and staff effectively
  • Experience in Store Management with a focus on operational efficiency
  • Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices
  • Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Prior experience in the beauty or retail industry is a plus
