Area Visual Merchandiser - South Bengal

Role (Why Position Exists) :

Will be responsible for implementing and maintaining visual merchandising standards across assigned stores to ensure consistent brand presentation and enhanced customer experience within the designated area.

Main Responsibilities :

• Execute and maintain brand-approved visual merchandising guidelines in all stores within the designated area.
• Create and adapt window and in-store displays to align with brand direction and local customer preferences.
• Ensure timely implementation of all seasonal and promotional visual changes.
• Support new store openings (NSOs) through layout planning, display setup, and coordination with the central VM team.
• Style mannequins, bust forms, and other visual elements to highlight key fashion stories and seasonal themes.
• Maintain store aesthetics and ensure that all visual elements contribute to an appealing and brand-aligned ambience.
• Coordinate with Store Managers to ensure proper execution of VM standards and timely replenishment of display merchandise.
• Monitor merchandise presentation, color blocking, and fixture usage to optimize space and drive sales.
• Train and guide store teams on VM standards, daily display maintenance, and best visual practices.
• Ensure the upkeep of all VM materials, props, and fixtures in stores and manage local vendor coordination for dispatch and deliveries.
• Provide regular feedback and photo reports to the Regional Visual Merchandiser / HOD on store execution quality.

Location : South Bengal

Experience :

At least five years of relevant experience in visual merchandising with exposure of currently working as Cluster Visual Merchandiser or Area Visual Merchandiser with an apparel retail brand preferably a fast fashion retail chain.
