Role Overview

We are seeking an Architect BIM to join our team, working closely with Senior Technical Designers on design-build and design consultancy projects. The role focuses on technical and design integration, supporting project delivery and ensuring smooth coordination across disciplines.

This position offers an excellent opportunity for an early-career architect to strengthen BIM expertise, contribute to workplace and interior projects, and grow within a global, multi-disciplinary design environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Design & Technical Integration

Support Senior Technical Designers in integrating architectural, interior, and building systems within workplace projects.
Develop and refine design details that align with construction practices and project standards.
Contribute to spatial coordination, ensuring seamless integration of multiple disciplines.

BIM Coordination

Maintain and update BIM models to support accurate technical and design integration.

Assist in model reviews, clash checks, and coordination exercises across teams.

Ensure project information is structured and aligned with established BIM workflows.

Project Support

Collaborate virtually with senior team members to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.

Research materials, finishes, and construction methods to support project decisions.

Assist in aligning designs with codes, standards, and compliance requirements (knowledge of EMEA regulations is a plus).

Communication & Collaboration

Engage proactively with internal teams and external consultants to support integrated project delivery.

Provide clear updates to senior team members on progress and technical challenges.

Participate in design reviews, contributing to the development of coordinated solutions.

Qualifications & Experience :

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, or related field.

Experience

2–3 years of professional experience in architecture or interior design.

Exposure to workplace or commercial interior projects preferred.

Familiarity with construction practices, detailing, and cross-discipline project workflows.

Technical Skills

Proficiency in BIM-based design integration and model coordination.

Familiarity with visualization tools and workflows (e.g., SketchUp, Enscape) is an advantage.

Understanding of international codes and compliance, particularly within EMEA, is a plus.

Soft Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a virtual and global team environment.

Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn through mentorship and project exposure.
