Job description6+ years of experience developing scalable, distributed software applications. Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Node.Js, React.Js, and solid understanding of core web fundamentals. Deep knowledge of database fundamentals, including performance optimization, schema design, indexing, and caching. Proven experience building products from the ground up. Confident in collaborating with and constructively challenging stakeholders such as PMs and EMs. Bonus : Familiarity with authentication products, protocols, and standards (OAuth, SAML, OIDC, etc.). Bonus : Experience with user / team management, role engineering, and access control.
What You’ll Do
As a Senior Engineer in the IAM Squad, you will :
- Build and refine authentication standards and protocols like OAuth2.0, OIDC, SCIM, and SAML.
- Develop secure, reliable, and scalable components for the IAM platform.
- Explore areas such as role engineering and session management, and define standardized AuthN / AuthZ formats that support cross-functional needs.
- Strengthen enterprise onboarding by enabling broader integrations for user and team management.
- Work closely with Product Managers, Designers, Support, Quality, Security, and Platform Engineers to build APIs and product features.
- Conduct code reviews, promote engineering best practices, and mentor teammates to ensure high-quality delivery.
- Use your technical expertise to help architect solutions and share best practices across squads.
- Build internal tools that simplify development and maintenance workflows.
