Senior Production Manager

To lead and manage the overall manufacturing operations, ensuring seamless coordination between Production, Stores, and Maintenance functions. The role is responsible for optimizing plant performance, achieving production targets, ensuring equipment uptime, maintaining optimal inventory levels, and fostering a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

1.Production Management

• Plan, direct, and monitor all production activities to achieve output, quality, and delivery targets (OTIF).
• Implement lean manufacturing practices to reduce waste, improve efficiency, and enhance throughput.
• Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs), process controls, and quality standards.
• Conduct daily production reviews to analyze variances and implement corrective actions.
• Drive initiatives for productivity enhancement, manpower optimization, and capacity utilization.
