Description :

• DfMA Product Leadership : Define and deliver DfMA products and solutions that are fully interoperable with ALLPLAN’s existing software and services.
• Market & Customer Insight : Analyze market trends, customer needs, and business goals to create and manage a product roadmap aligned with both current and emerging capabilities.
• Technical Expertise : Demonstrate a high level of understanding of AEC industry BIM standards. Collaborate with development teams to build future workflows, frameworks, and best practices.
• Product & Industry Awareness : Focus on DfMA and the integration of ALLPLAN software and services. Stay conversant with manufacturing in AEC, BIM philosophies, and offsite construction trends. Conduct regular competitive analysis to inform decisionmaking.
• Product Management Excellence : Apply agile and scrum methodologies to manage a motivated team. Translate customer needs into robust solutions, aligned with ALLPLAN’s mission and strategy.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work across the organization to develop compelling value propositions, define user personas, and guide UX and Development teams in technology assessment and direction.
• Continuous Improvement : Build and manage the product backlog, ensure execution of the product plan, and define, monitor, and analyze product metrics to drive ongoing improvements.
• Industry Engagement : Represent ALLPLAN at industry events and with clients, prospects, and partners.
