Job description

We are looking for a dynamic and client-focused Project Manager – Tech Solution Staffing to lead the delivery and execution of staffing engagements for our technology clients. This role is pivotal in managing client relationships, overseeing staffing operations, and driving account growth by identifying opportunities to expand our footprint within existing accounts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in staffing, workforce solutions, or technology project delivery, coupled with excellent client management and project coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

Client & Account Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders across assigned accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their business needs, technology environment, and talent requirements.
  • Ensure seamless execution of staffing deals, from requirement gathering to successful onboarding.
  • Drive account growth by identifying upsell / cross-sell opportunities (e.g., contract staffing, permanent hiring, project-based solutions, managed services).

Project Delivery & Operations

  • Oversee the end-to-end staffing process including requirement intake, resource allocation, recruitment coordination, and onboarding.
  • Partner with recruiters, delivery teams, and vendors to ensure timely fulfillment of client requirements.
  • Monitor delivery against Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Manage escalations and proactively resolve delivery challenges.
  • Business & Strategic Contribution

  • Support business development teams in proposal creation, RFP responses, and client presentations.
  • Analyze market trends and provide insights to position the company as a strategic staffing partner.
  • Contribute to account planning, revenue forecasting, and pipeline management.
  • Collaborate with leadership to improve internal processes, delivery models, and client engagement frameworks.
  • Qualifications & Skills

  • Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, HR, or Technology (MBA preferred).
  • Experience : 5–7 years of experience in project management, staffing, or IT workforce solutions.
  • Strong understanding of technology staffing models (contract, permanent, RPO, managed staffing).
  • Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and staffing projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to create data-driven reports.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Prior experience in account growth / client success is highly desirable.
