Job Details

Position : Business Development Executive

Location : New Delhi, Mumbai

Type : Full-time

Work Mode : Work from office

Experience Level : 1-2 years in a fintech or related field.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive inside sales growth and achieve revenue targets. Set clear sales targets and performance metrics, and consistently monitor progress to ensure goals are met or exceeded.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and prospects to create and capitalize on sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and other departments to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and implement growth-focused initiatives.
  • Implement and optimize sales processes and tools to enhance team efficiency and overall sales effectiveness.
  • Provide timely and detailed reporting on sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline activities to senior leadership.

Qualifications

  • Completed a Bachelor's / Master's degree program in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to gather and interpret data effectively. Excellent negotiation, presentation, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience in using CRM software with analytical market research tools and techniques.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Enthusiasm for business development and a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
