Overview

The SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) Lead Consultant is responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting SAP EWM solutions to optimize warehouse and logistics operations. This role involves leading project teams, coordinating with business stakeholders, and ensuring the successful delivery of EWM implementations, rollouts, and enhancements.

Responsibilities :

Lead the SAP EWM workstream in S / 4HANA implementation.
Conduct workshops, design solutions, and perform hands-on configuration.
Ensure integration with MM, SD, and retail-specific processes.
Manage deliverables including design, testing, cutover, and go-live.

Required Skills :

10+ years in SAP EWM, with at least 2–3 full-cycle S / 4HANA implementations.

Strong retail industry background and warehouse process knowledge.

Hands-on configuration experience across inbound / outbound, HU management, RF framework, etc.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Ability to work in multi-functional, global teams.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Willingness to travel for project assignments.

Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field.

SAP EWM certification is an advantage.
