Role Purpose
As a Growth Founder at Entrext , you will take full ownership of driving growth, traction, and revenue for one of our macro-SaaS products . From crafting strategy → executing experiments → optimizing funnels → scaling acquisition and retention — you'll lead the entire growth journey of a single product. You'll move fast, think big, and be rewarded accordingly ( 10% stake / participation in the product ).
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the go-to-market and growth strategy for the product.
- Identify, test, and scale acquisition channels (organic, paid, community, partnerships).
- Build and optimize user funnels : activation, retention, monetization, and referral.
- Lead growth experiments to validate assumptions and uncover new opportunities.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and design teams to align product-market fit with growth strategy.
- Own and improve key metrics : CAC, LTV, retention, churn, MRR, and revenue growth.
- Manage budgets, performance analytics, and marketing automation systems.
- Drive customer acquisition, engagement, and lifecycle management.
- Represent the voice of the customer and translate insights into growth actions.
- Take full ownership of the product's growth P&L — from acquisition to revenue.
