Technical Support & Ticket Management
- Respond to staff IT tickets and troubleshoot issues across tools (logins, bugs, integrations,
- etc.).
- Manage user onboarding and offboarding — ensure new staff have the right accounts,
- permissions, and access.
- Maintain hardware and software inventory; assist with setup of devices and accounts.
Tool Development & Maintenance
Build and update internal dashboards using low-code tools (e.g., Retool).Create and manage forms using no-code tools (e.g., Fill out).Configure automations and integrations between platforms (e.g., Google Workspace, CRM, Retool).Data Management
Support data requests from staff (exporting, cleaning, reconciling datasets).Ensure data accuracy across systems, especially our CRM (Nation Builder) and programdashboards.Build internal workflows that improve data reliability and accessibility.Process Improvement
Help design systems that make recurring tasks easier (e.g., automated reports, standardized forms).Collaborate with leadership and program teams to identify pain points and propose digital solutions.Experience with low-code / no-code tools (e.g., Retool, Fillout, Airtable, Zapier)Basic data or scripting skills (SQL, JavaScript, or Python)Experience with CRMs (e.g., NationBuilder, Salesforce, HubSpot)Prior nonprofit, community, or educational organization experienceJob Type : Full-time
