Job descriptionManaging user access and privilege rights. Reviewing and updating SOPs and qualification protocols. Handling IT-related QMS activities (Change Control, CAPA, etc. Supporting software assessments, maintenance, and network issues. Leading backup / restoration activities and risk-based tests. Communicating effectively with auditors and senior management. Strong knowledge of IT systems in a regulated environment Hands-on experience in user management and compliance Ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams
