Job descriptionTechnical Leadership : Define the AI vision and technical direction; establish best practices for the Generative AI team. Strategy & Roadmap : Shape and execute the AI strategy, identifying high-impact use cases. Model Development : Design, build, and deploy advanced generative and large language models (LLMs) for multimodal document and data processing. Multimodal Innovation : Integrate text, image, and 3D data for intelligent, automated solutions. Scalable Engineering : Build and maintain large-scale data pipelines and model training workflows. Cloud Deployment : Train, optimize, and deploy AI models using AWS and modern MLOps practices. Collaboration : Partner with engineering, product, and business teams to embed AI into real-world products and workflows. Mentorship : Guide and upskill team members on ML architecture and best practices. Research : Stay current with the latest generative AI, deep learning, and multimodal model research.
Role - Generative AI Engineer
Experience - 10 to 18 years
Work Location - Remote
Required Notice Period - Immediate Joiners or Serving Notice or 30 days
Must Have
- Bachelor’s in CS / ML / AI or related field; Master’s or PhD preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in ML / Data Science with a focus on generative AI, LLMs, or computer vision.
- Expertise in large-scale Transformer-based models (GPT, VLMs).
- Experience working with multimodal datasets (text, images, 3D).
- Strong proficiency in Python and libraries like PyTorch, TensorFlow, NumPy, and pandas.
- Solid foundation in probability, statistics, and optimisation.
- Hands-on experience deploying ML models using cloud microservices (AWS).
- Strong software engineering background — OOP, testing, version control, CI / CD, and IaC (Terraform).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
