What You'll Do :
You will design and implement robust ML pipelines, collaborate across teams, and deliver AI / ML solutions that drive business impact.Design, develop, and implement ML models for predictive analytics, NLP, computer vision, and recommendation systemsBuild and maintain end-to-end ML pipelines including data preprocessing, feature engineering, training, deployment, and monitoringLeverage cloud AI / ML platforms (Google Vertex AI, AWS SageMaker, Azure ML) for scalable model deploymentApply MLOps practices : CI / CD for ML, automated retraining, model versioning, drift detection, and monitoringOptimize models for performance, scalability, and cost-efficiencyCollaborate with data scientists and engineers to productionize modelsTranslate business requirements into ML-driven solutionsEvaluate and integrate Generative AI and LLM-based solutions where applicableEnsure compliance with AI governance, data privacy, and security standardsMentor junior engineers and contribute to reusable frameworks and best practicesExpertise You'll Bring :
You’ll bring hands-on experience in ML engineering, cloud platforms, and MLOps, with strong problem-solving and leadership capabilities.8–12 years of IT experience, with 5+ years in ML / AI engineeringStrong programming skills in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras)Hands-on experience with MLOps tools : MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow, CI / CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Argo)Experience with cloud AI / ML platforms : GCP Vertex AI, AWS SageMaker, or Azure MLKnowledge of big data ecosystems (Spark, Kafka, Hadoop, Dataproc / EMR / Databricks)Strong skills in SQL and NoSQL databases, data preprocessing, and feature engineeringFamiliarity with containerization & orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)Experience with real-time inference and API-based model deploymentStrong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to deliver in Agile environmentsBenefits :
