Qualifications

Graduation / Post Graduation

Or

3 years Diploma after Class XII, in any stream from any recognized institute from a recognized Institute / University, with at least 1 year industrial experience.

Work Experience

Minimum 6 to 8 years of experience in the relevant field from the facility management industry

Key Responsibilities

1. Monitoring and assigning day to day activities to the respective team members

2. Overseeing day to day operations of each client and lead timely closure of all client’s operational issues

3. Overseeing completion of all activities involved during the initial takeover of the site
