Role & responsibilities
- Managing overall branch activities such as opening and closing of branch, cash management, branch operations management, loan disbursement etc
- Maintaining customer relation, handling customer queries, visiting and acquiring customer and managing customer escalation etc.
- Taking initiatives to increase branch revenue generation and profitability through cross selling, ACH collection
- Handling branch audit and compliance, managing labour notice, preventing fraud cases, preparing branch MIS and reporting
- Ensure employee engagement and branch celebrations and acting as single point of contact

Candidates with exposure in branch operation, liabilities and disbursement activities will be preferredCandidates with good customer acquisition and sales skill will be preferredCandidate having good exposure in compliance and team management will be preferredCandidate must be open for travel and visitSkills Required
