Job Title : ServiceNow Solutions Architect

Location : Remote (India-based – must be able to work UK business hours)

Contract : 12 months | Full-time

About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Solutions Architect to join a large-scale transformation programme. This role is both hands-on and consultative , requiring strong technical depth and the ability to work closely with stakeholders to design and deliver ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead requirement gathering sessions and workshops with business stakeholders.
Translate requirements into ServiceNow workflows and technical solutions .
Design end-to-end workflows across ITSM, HRSD, SAM, HAM, CMDB, and ITOM.
Work closely with developers and third-party teams to guide delivery.
Ensure best practices in ServiceNow architecture and solution design.

Requirements :

Strong background in ServiceNow administration , with progression into solution design / architecture.

Hands-on experience across multiple ServiceNow modules.

Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a consultative manner.

Proactive, detail-oriented, and delivery-focused.

Immediate availability or within 2 weeks (3 weeks maximum for exceptional candidates).

Contract Details :

💰 Day Rate : Up to ₹15,000 per day (includes 10% TDS)

💻 Must use your own Windows laptop .

🕒 Full-time role | UK working hours.

📍 Remote (India based).

⏳ Contract : 12 months.
