Job descriptionExcellent communication and written English skills. Prior experience supporting clients in the US, Canada, UK, or Australia (preferred). Highly organized, tech-savvy, and detail-oriented. Comfortable using tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Asana, Notion, Calendly, HubSpot, etc. Self-driven, reliable, and eager to grow in a performance-linked earning model. Flexible Work Hours – work from home or anywhere. Performance-Based Earning – earn basis client billing handled by you. Partner Status – not an employee; you earn in proportion to your client base. Growth Opportunities – move up to Senior VA or Client Success Partner. Training & Mentorship – access ConnectedStars Learning modules. Job Title : Virtual Assistant Partner (US Clients / Market)

What You’ll Do
- Provide administrative, executive, or operational support to US-based clients.
- Manage calendars, emails, CRM updates, and client coordination.

- Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and reliability in all tasks handled.
