What You’ll Do :

Manage and grow the Firstpost YouTube channel, ensuring all content aligns with platform rules and editorial guidelines.

Plan and execute YouTube Lives, ensuring seamless broadcast quality and engaging editorial delivery.

Create short clips and reels from long-form videos using tools like Canva or similar platforms.

Handle video uploads and optimisation across multiple digital platforms for maximum reach and impact.

What We’re Looking For :

2–5 years of experience in social media or digital video production.

Strong understanding of YouTube algorithms, analytics, and community guidelines.

Proficiency in Canva, Premiere Pro, or similar video-editing tools.

A creative eye, strong attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced newsroom.
