About the Role :
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our Director in day-to-day activities. This role is ideal for someone with excellent English communication skills, prior experience in managing senior-level calendars, coordinating meetings, and handling confidential information with discretion.
You will be a key partner in ensuring smooth business operations and maintaining professional communication both internally and externally.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage and maintain the Director’s calendar – scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel.
Coordinate and organize virtual meetings (Zoom / Google Meet), prepare agendas, and track follow-ups.
Act as the first point of contact between the Director and internal / external stakeholders.
Handle email management – drafting, responding, and prioritizing messages.
Organize and maintain documents and files related to key projects.
Ensure timely reminders and daily briefings to the Director.
Prepare basic reports, presentations, and meeting notes when required.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Key Requirements :
Minimum 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in tools such as Google Workspace (Docs, Calendar, Meet), MS Office, and Zoom.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a remote setup.
Comfortable handling confidential information.
