About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience sourcing, screening, and hiring top technical talent across various domains such as software development, QA, DevOps, cloud, cybersecurity, and data engineering. You'll partner closely with hiring managers and HR to build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates and deliver a seamless candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand technical hiring needs and role requirements.
  • Source candidates through multiple channels — LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, networking, social media, and internal databases.
  • Screen and assess candidates for technical fit, culture, and communication skills.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle : sourcing, scheduling, interviews, feedback, and offer negotiation.
  • Work with technical teams to coordinate coding tests, technical interviews, and feedback sessions.
  • Maintain and update candidate pipelines in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
  • Ensure timely communication and an excellent experience for all candidates.
  • Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, and source effectiveness.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in technical hiring, recruitment tools, and emerging technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of proven experience in technical recruitment (agency or in-house).
  • Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies (e.g., Java, Python, AWS, DevOps, QA, IAM, Data Science, etc.).
  • Experience using ATS systems (e.g., Lever, Greenhouse, Zoho Recruit, Workday, or SmartRecruiters).
  • Proficiency with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, GitHub, Stack Overflow, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple positions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
