We’re looking for an

AWS QuickSight Engineer

to join our growing analytics team — someone who loves crafting visually stunning, insightful dashboards and working hands-on with data to uncover trends, opportunities, and patterns that matter.

In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of our data-driven initiatives, designing and developing

interactive dashboards and analytics solutions

using

AWS QuickSight . You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand business goals, translate them into data models and visualizations, and ensure stakeholders have the insights they need to make confident decisions.

What You’ll Do

Design, develop, and maintain

interactive QuickSight dashboards and reports

that deliver key business insights.

Connect and integrate data from multiple sources including

RDS, Redshift, S3, and SQL databases .

Create

data sets, calculated fields, parameters, and custom visuals

for advanced analytics.

Optimize dashboard performance, ensuring scalability, speed, and efficiency across large datasets.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Work closely with data engineers and analysts to ensure data integrity and reliability.

Implement

role-based access control (RBAC) , manage permissions, and ensure data security within QuickSight.

Continuously explore new QuickSight features and AWS analytics capabilities to enhance reporting solutions.

What We’re Looking For

3+ years of overall IT experience , with a strong focus on business intelligence and analytics.

2+ years of hands-on experience in AWS QuickSight

— building dashboards, setting up datasets, and optimizing visuals.

Strong command over

SQL

for data extraction, transformation, and manipulation.

Experience with AWS data services like

S3, RDS, Redshift , or

Athena

is a plus.

Excellent communication skills in English — able to translate complex data insights into clear, actionable stories.

Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and a passion for visual storytelling through data.

A self-starter with curiosity and creativity, always looking for ways to make data more meaningful.
