Position : Video Editor

Location : Delhi

We’re looking for a talented and detail-oriented Video Editor with strong experience in news or media production. The ideal candidate should possess a creative eye, sharp editorial sense, and the ability to turn raw footage into compelling, high-quality visual stories tailored for digital audiences.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Edit daily video content, interviews, news features, and social media stories for digital platforms with quick turnaround times.

2. Collaborate closely with the digital and editorial teams to deliver impactful visual narratives that align with newsroom scripts and verified visuals.

3. Enhance storytelling with voiceovers, music, graphics, sound effects, and subtitles while maintaining editorial accuracy and visual coherence.

4. Ensure consistent quality and creative pacing — maintaining high editing standards with minimal reworks and strong attention to detail.

5. Optimize videos for platform-specific requirements, ensuring 100% adherence to formats, aspect ratios, captioning, and duration guidelines.

6. Monitor and improve engagement metrics such as watch duration, retention, and click-through rates across platforms.

7. Stay updated with emerging trends, editing techniques, and tools to continuously elevate the visual storytelling quality.

Requirements :

• 1–2 years of professional video editing experience in a news or digital organization.
• Strong command over Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop , and related editing tools.
• Excellent sense of timing, pacing, and visual storytelling.
• Familiarity with newsroom workflows and the ability to perform under tight deadlines.

Compensation :

Budget : Up to INR 3.5 LPA — candidates are requested to apply accordingly.
