Job Overview :

We are looking for a highly experienced Technical Lead with strong expertise in Adobe Workfront and Workfront Fusion. The ideal candidate will drive workflow automation, solution architecture, and enterprise-level integrations across digital platforms. This is a hands-on technical leadership role.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead end-to-end technical architecture & integration strategy for Adobe Workfront, Workfront Fusion, and connected platforms (e.g., Widen DAM).
• Design and implement scalable automation workflows ensuring data consistency across systems.
• Build and optimize Workfront Fusion scenarios, including API orchestration, complex configurations, error handling & performance tuning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product Owners, PMs, Business Teams) to convert requirements into system solutions.
• Develop and enforce best practices for integration architecture, governance, user management & platform scalability.
• Monitor integration performance, identify bottlenecks, manage incident resolution & ensure overall system stability.
• Lead documentation, deployment processes & QA across development cycles.
