Strong problem-solving skills and customer service orientation.
Description
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Travel Consultant to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a passion for travel and a strong ability to assist clients in creating memorable travel experiences.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients in planning and booking travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, and activities.
- Provide expert advice on travel destinations, customs, and cultural practices.
- Manage client inquiries and provide excellent customer service throughout the booking process.
- Stay updated on travel regulations, industry trends, and new travel products.
- Maintain relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
