DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the development of finished formulations for agrochemical products focusing on both metoo and unique differentiated solutions.
- Utilize advanced formulation chemistry techniques to enhance product efficacy and features.
- Coordinate and collaborate effectively with Agronomists Marketing teams and Regulatory colleagues to align formulation strategies with market needs and regulatory requirements.
- Initiate and drive ideation sessions targeting industry gaps and addressing key farmer pain points.
- Innovate around technical challenges and identify opportunities for product differentiation.
- Stay updated with market intelligence on the Crop Protection (CP) industry particularly around formulation technologies and formulation adjuvants.
- Focus on enhancing product technical features such as rain fastness penetration migration into leaves enhance systemacity and knockdown effects.
- Develop solutions for specific challenges including :
- Reducing surface tension and AI (Active Ingredient) leaching in soil.
- Formulating products fit for drone applications.
- Combining two or three noncompatible actives.
- Improving formulation stability against UV exposure and temperature variations.
- Extending shelflife in diverse climatic conditions.
