Job description

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of professional experience with Ruby on Rails .
  • Strong proficiency in Ruby , OOP concepts , and design patterns .
  • Experience with PostgreSQL / MySQL and ActiveRecord ORM .
  • Proficiency with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript , and front-end frameworks (React, Vue.js, or similar is a plus).
  • Experience with RSpec , Minitest , or other testing frameworks.
  • Familiarity with Git , CI / CD pipelines , and Docker / Kubernetes environments.
  • Understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
  • Knowledge of background job processing (Sidekiq, Resque, or Delayed Job).
  • Familiarity with GraphQL or API versioning .
  • Experience with microservices architecture .
  • Contributions to open-source projects or a GitHub portfolio .
