About the Role

We're looking for a charismatic, trend-savvy Reel Creator who lives and breathes short-form content. You should be as comfortable in front of the camera as you are behind it — whether it's with a DSLR, smartphone, or AI-powered creative tools. If you can spot trends before they explode, create content that stops the scroll, and blend human creativity with AI magic — you're our person.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute high-performing reels and short-form videos aligned with our social media strategy.
• Write scripts, curate ideas, and incorporate AI-generated effects, visuals, or voiceovers when relevant.
• Identify and engage with influencers, thought leaders, and AI content communities.
• Stay ahead of trends on Instagram, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and emerging platforms.
• Act, shoot, and edit — knowing when to use AI tools to speed up or enhance output .
• Experiment with new storytelling approaches, combining hands-on shooting with AI-assisted creativity .

Qualifications

• Proven experience creating reels or short videos that achieved strong engagement or went viral.
• Excellent knowledge of Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other social media platforms.
• Familiarity with video editing tools : Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, InShot, VN, CapCut (or similar).
• Experience using AI tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, DALL
• E, Runway, Pika, or Kaiber for ideation, editing, or enhancement.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Agile, fast executor who thrives in a trend-driven, fast-paced environment .

• Have a personal social media presence with 1,000+ followers .
• Have hands-on experience blending AI with traditional content creation for unique results.
