About Us :

Value Creed is a forward-thinking organization committed to excellence in Salesforce implementations. We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce Technical Consultant SME who will be responsible for establishing and leading L1, L2, and L3 technical support for our client, as well as setting up a robust support practice within our organization. Our client currently utilizes Sales Cloud and Service Cloud extensively, with plans to implement Marketing Cloud soon.

Key Responsibilities :

Support Leadership & Practice Setup :

  • Establish and lead a comprehensive L1, L2, and L3 support framework for the client’s Salesforce environment.
  • Develop best practices, support processes, and documentation for ongoing technical support.
  • Act as the subject matter expert (SME) and provide technical guidance to internal teams and stakeholders.

Salesforce Technical Expertise :

  • Provide deep technical support and customization expertise in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
  • Develop and maintain custom code and integrations to support complex business requirements.
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical issues across multiple support tiers.
  • Integration & Optimization :

  • Integrate Salesforce systems with third-party applications and internal systems.
  • Optimize existing Salesforce customizations for performance, scalability, and reliability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth system operation and data integrity.
  • Future-Ready Implementation :

  • Assist in laying the technical groundwork for the upcoming implementation of Marketing Cloud.
  • Evaluate new Salesforce features and propose enhancements to support evolving business needs.
  • Stay updated on Salesforce releases and emerging industry trends.
  • Required Skills & Experience :

  • 7-12 years of experience in Salesforce implementations with a strong focus on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
  • Proven expertise in leading multi-tier support (L1, L2, L3) and setting up support practices.
  • Strong experience in developing customizations, integrations, and technical troubleshooting.
  • Working knowledge of Marketing Cloud is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Developer, Salesforce Technical Architect) are advantageous.
