Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Engage traders on social media, forums, and communities (without breaking rules).
- Record all sales activities in CRM.
Client Engagement & Conversion
Present and explain Forex signal services (accuracy, risk, value).Conduct demos via Zoom, WhatsApp, or email.Negotiate and close deals to meet sales targets.Relationship Management
Maintain regular client communication for retention.Upsell / cross-sell (VIP plans, training, portfolio services).Address client concerns quickly to reduce churnMarket & Product Knowledge
