This position is based in and reports to our Gurgaon, India Office.

Overview

We are looking for an Editorial Production Contractor to support a high-volume project focused on building native articles in WordPress. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with WordPress, strong writing and communication skills, and the ability to work quickly and independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, format, and publish native articles in WordPress following established templates and brand guidelines.
• Troubleshoot formatting, layout, and functionality issues within WordPress, escalating technical challenges when needed.
• Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and project timelines.
• Maintain clear communication on task status, blockers, and daily progress.
  
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Intermediate knowledge of WordPress, including formatting tools, and troubleshooting basic issues.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and turn around assignments quickly without compromising quality.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable following defined workflows.
• Prior experience in editorial production, content management, or digital publishing is a plus.
