Job Title : Business Program Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Business Program Manager who can act as a strategic partner to the Business Head in setting up and scaling a new business from scratch. This role requires a versatile individual-someone who is equally comfortable analyzing data, building processes, and executing strategies on the ground. The ideal candidate will manage business data, lead execution, collaborate across functions, and support new city launches while driving measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Business Data Management : Manage and analyze end-to-end business data-from individual function charters to overall P&L-while providing actionable insights for growth and efficiency.

Execution Ownership : Partner with the Business Head to drive on-ground execution, ensuring strong business outcomes.

Cross-Functional Collaboration : Act as a bridge between leadership and business functions, solving challenges and enabling efficiency across teams.

Process Building & Productization : Create SOPs and streamline processes; implement tech-based / third-party SaaS solutions to improve operations.

New City Launches : Lead operational activities during city launches, ensuring smooth and successful market entry.

Qualifications & Requirements :

Education : MBA from a Tier 1 Institute (Bachelor's degree 1-3 years of experience across sales, program / project management, consulting, or retail distribution.

  • Experience in BFSI or retail distribution preferred.

Mandatory Skills :

  • Proven project / program management experience.
  • Strong comfort with data dashboarding, analytics, and reporting.
  • Consulting background preferred.

  • Strong problem-solving and execution mindset with high ownership.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, CRM tools, and data analysis platforms.
