Presentation Designer - Specialist (Healthcare)

We have an exciting role of Specialist Presentation Designer (Healthcare) to drive and translate creative and contemporary ideas to solid design and impact. You will have a key role in design and deployment of creative campaigns with our global clients, including many Fortune 50 companies.

This is an exciting role and would entail you to

Effectively communicate complicated ideas in visually compelling and effective ways.

Have a deep understanding of healthcare & pharmaceutical brand advertising and marketing

Develop creatives for global healthcare and pharmaceutical brands

Produce creative, comprehensive layouts and designs for marketing collateral, proposals and client deliverables.

Design with purpose—understand the content of presentations and utilize best graphic design practices.

You will be an integrated member of the creative team, contributing ideas, shaping visual narratives, and collaborating with senior design leadership.

This role requires both creative insight and technical mastery to transform complex information into persuasive, elegant, and brand-aligned presentations.

You will be producing creative, impactful, and interactive Presentation designs.

A creative problem solver with a good understanding of conceptual design and storyboarding, managing projects from start to finish.

You will also be able to visualize and create stunning infographics based on shared data for digital and social assets.

Excellent PowerPoint design, conceptualization, and project management skills. Work on all kind of PowerPoint / Creative jobs using MS Office tools / Adobe package.

Ability to work well under deadline pressure with high attention to detail.

Format raw presentations as per standard client templates and brand guidelines.

Design slides based on handwritten / scribbled, scanned and PDF documents, applying creativity and thought process.

Develop user-friendly presentation templates from scratch.

Independently deliver projects end-to-end, with least or no handholding by the Leads.

Maintain self-quality control checklist of work done and produce error free output.

Ability to understand Presentation design principles for Screenshow, Print, & Digital versions.

Excellent communication, effective client interaction and problem-solving skills. Should have ability to prioritise projects.

Participation in team huddles, team wide initiatives, activities. Influence clients with the strong customer service.

Mandatory skills :

Qualification : Bachelor of Fine Arts or similar qualification.

Comfortable working across time zones and collaborating asynchronously

Proven experience working as a PowerPoint Designer in a professional presentation graphics department.

Advanced PowerPoint design and animation skills.

High Creative skills, the ability to understand written context and transform in graphical creative way.

Skills in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator are important.

Have a strong skill in typography, attractive layout, Digital and Print Design.

Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.

Experience in managing teams that handle high-volume requests.

Good verbal and written communication.

8+years in experience with integrated creative production as a Specialist Presentation and Graphic designer in an agency / Production houses / Pharmaceutical brands that specializes in serving healthcare brands

Solid graphic design skills and good attention to detail.

Determine project scope includes effective brief talking, negotiating deadlines, and creating and communicating timescales, define time estimates for complex projects.

Ensure all visual content adheres to brand standards, accessibility guidelines, and channel-specific specifications.

Create templates, design systems, and scalable design assets for recurring use.

Provide art direction support and offer design recommendations based on target audience and campaign objectives.

Confident and enthusiastic team player, flexible can-do attitude and adaptable.

Excellent customer service approach : Provide the best solutions, effective communication and build strong rapport with the team and client.

High standards of integrity, professionalism, and ethics.
