One-liner about this role : Responsible for driving the success of SEO and content projects for our SaaS clients.

Job type : Full-time; On-site (Bangalore)

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Project Management : Oversee the entire lifecycle of SEO and content projects, from planning and strategy development to execution, monitoring, and reporting.
• Talent Selection : Identify and onboard writers who are well-suited for each project, considering factors such as subject matter expertise, style, and tone.
• Stakeholder Alignment : Foster collaboration and ensure that all team members and stakeholders are working cohesively towards achieving project goals.
• Quality Control : Collaborate closely with editors and writers to maintain high-quality content standards, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and alignment with client objectives.
• Timely Delivery : Keep a sharp eye on project timelines and deadlines, ensuring that all deliverables are not only of high quality but also delivered on time.
• Client Engagement : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, engaging with them proactively to understand their evolving needs and preferences.
• Build reporting dashboards, set targets, forecast business impacts, and track performance and learnings from all client accounts.
• Analyze changes in organic traffic and conversions, and communicate project wins, challenges, and insights to clients and internal teams.
• Collaborate with fellow strategists to experiment with and refine new strategies and tactics to achieve client success.
• Utilize tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Surfer SEO, and Keywords Everywhere for strategy; and manage projects with tools like Notion, Airtable, Loom, Slack, and Google Drive.
