Job descriptionDegree / Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering 8+ years of experience in MEP QS roles (Commercial / Corporate / IT Park / High-rise projects preferred) Strong understanding of MEP services, billing & contract administration Expertise in BOQ preparation, variation & claim assessments Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD (preferred), cost reporting tools Strong commercial and contractual awareness Good negotiation & analytical skills Attention to detail and documentation discipline Ability to work under deadlines and with cross-functional teams

We Are Hiring – MEP Quantity Surveyor (QS) | Gurgaon | Commercial Project
Responsibilities
- Prepare & review BOQs for HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing & Firefighting systems
- Validate and certify contractor RA bills and progress invoices
- Conduct rate analysis, material reconciliation & cost variance reporting
- Manage change orders, claims, and contractual deviations
- Perform site measurement verification and support tender evaluations
- Maintain cost control logs, MIS reports & cashflow projections
- Coordinate with project stakeholders to support cost control and commercial closure
