Digital Imaging Delivery Lead and Architect

Responsibilities :

• Lead development and provide operational support for Digital Imaging projects, including OpenText, ABBYY, NGDI, and Verbella.
• Architect solutions and coordinate cross-functional teams throughout requirements gathering, development, testing, and Go Live phases.
• Manage projects end-to-end, ensuring timely delivery of solutions and adherence to project objectives.
• Oversee the Change Management process within the digital imaging space through ServiceNow or SAP.
• Communicate project status, risks, and deliverables with stakeholders and management regularly.
• Provide technical support and ABAP code development to address incidents, service requests, and change requests, with a focus on OpenText and ABBYY solutions.
