We're Hiring: Sr. Sales & Application Engineer

Locations : Pune, Bangalore, Delhi, Punjab and Hyderabad

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sr. Sales & Application Engineer to join our client's team. If you have a strong background in industrial automation products and a passion for sales, we'd love to hear from you.

Location: Open to candidates from all regions (local candidates preferred)

Key Requirements

• Experience: 3–8 years in sales, preferably within the same region
• Background: Hands-on experience in sales of:
• Sensors
• Temperature Controllers
• Safety Products
• Encoders
• SSR
• Power Controllers (Thyristor)
• Qualification: B.E./B.Tech. or Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, or EXTC

Desired Skills

• Project sales and execution experience (added advantage)
• Strong customer relationship management
• Excellent planning and organizational skills
• Proven negotiation abilities
• Good communication and presentation skills

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales and new business development for the product range in the assigned region
• Conduct product demonstrations
• Deliver one-on-one and group presentations
• Communicate customer requirements to the Product Management team
• Track customer data, forecasts, and sales reports
• Achieve area sales targets

Salary Offered: ₹70,000 to ₹80,000 per month (CTC up to ₹9.6 LPA). Only mandatory deductions such as PF and PT will apply.
