Job Purpose :
To lead, motivate, and manage a team of front-line sales representatives in driving life insurance sales, expanding the customer base, and achieving organizational growth targets through effective leadership and strategic execution.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead, manage, and inspire a team of front-line sales representatives to achieve sales targets.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies and action plans to ensure business growth.
- Provide training, tools, and support to the sales team for improved performance.
- Monitor sales metrics, evaluate team performance, and deliver constructive feedback.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align sales initiatives with company goals.
- Analyze sales data and market insights to identify growth opportunities and optimize performance.
Candidate Qualifications :
Proven success in a sales role, preferably in life insurance or a related financial sector.Minimum of 1–2 years of experience managing sales teams.Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Ability to coach and develop high-performing teams.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Finance.Skills Required
