Job Purpose :

To lead, motivate, and manage a team of front-line sales representatives in driving life insurance sales, expanding the customer base, and achieving organizational growth targets through effective leadership and strategic execution.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead, manage, and inspire a team of front-line sales representatives to achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies and action plans to ensure business growth.
  • Provide training, tools, and support to the sales team for improved performance.
  • Monitor sales metrics, evaluate team performance, and deliver constructive feedback.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align sales initiatives with company goals.
  • Analyze sales data and market insights to identify growth opportunities and optimize performance.

Candidate Qualifications :

  • Proven success in a sales role, preferably in life insurance or a related financial sector.
  • Minimum of 1–2 years of experience managing sales teams.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to coach and develop high-performing teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Finance.
