Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Technical Sales Engineer. Open positions are at Cochin, Bengaluru, Chennai, Coimbatore, Pune and Hyderabad. The Technical Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, understanding client requirements, and recommending appropriate solutions. Responsibilities include
lead generation,
engaging with clients, preparing technical presentations, managing the sales process, and maintaining strong client relationships. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met effectively.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Technical Sales and Sales Engineering
Experience in providing Technical Support and solutions
Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong Sales and customer relationship management skills
Ability to understand complex technical concepts and convey them clearly
Education / background in Engineering or related technical field is preferred
Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities
Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
CRM knowledge is a plus
