Job description
  • Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle Order Management (OM) and Pricing Cloud solutions
  • Gather and document business requirements aligned with best practices
  • Configure order orchestration, pricing strategies, and approval workflows in Oracle OM Cloud
  • Implement pricing models, discounting strategies, and promotions in Oracle Pricing Cloud
  • Ensure integration with Oracle modules like Inventory, Procurement, and Finance
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues to maintain system performance and availability
  • Conduct user training and create documentation for configurations and processes
  • Provide post-implementation support and drive continuous improvements
  • Collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain, and IT teams for end-to-end solution delivery
