Customer Success - Contractual (6 Months)

Responsibilities -

• Assist in sourcing, screening and onboarding candidates through various portals, social media, and internal databases.
• Maintain candidate databases and prepare hiring reports.
• Support employer branding initiatives on LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Understand customer goals, challenges, and workflows to provide tailored solutions that drive success.
• Collaborate with Product, Operations and Support teams to resolve customer concerns and enhance the user experience.
• Monitor customer engagement, usage metrics, and satisfaction levels to proactively address issues.

Requirements-

Note - The FRND team operates six days a week, with every second and fourth Saturday designated as a day off
