Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecalling Supervisor located in Jaipur. The Telecalling Supervisor will oversee and manage a team of telecallers, monitor performance metrics, and ensure the team meets or exceeds targets. Responsibilities include developing call scripts, training team members, providing feedback, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving issues. The role also involves maintaining records of team performance, creating daily / weekly reports, and collaborating with internal departments to ensure efficient service.
Qualifications
- Team Management and Leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a telecalling team
- Strong verbal communication skills, listening skills, and interpersonal abilities
- Experience in Customer Service and managing customer inquiries or complaints
- Organizational and Time Management skills to handle team schedules and performance
- Proficiency in problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution
- Proficiency in using CRM software, telecommunication tools, and basic Microsoft Office applications
- Fluency in English and Hindi; additional language skills are a plus
- Previous experience in telecalling or call center operations is preferred
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor's degree in a related field is an advantage
