About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive growth in the Hotels & Banquets segment. The ideal candidate will have strong industry connections, proven expertise in sales and business development, and the ability to build long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities :

Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Hotels & Banquets sector.

Build and maintain strong client relationships with corporate clients, event managers, and hospitality partners.

Drive sales and revenue growth through strategic partnerships and client acquisition.

Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and client needs.

Prepare and deliver impactful business presentations and proposals.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client requirements.

Requirements :

Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development / Sales within the hospitality industry.

Strong network and understanding of Hotels & Banquets market in Mumbai.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue targets.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
