Role Overview

We’re looking for a passionate Full Stack Developer (MERN) who enjoys building scalable applications, writing clean code, and working with the latest technologies. If you're excited about creating impactful solutions in a future-focused environment, this role is ideal for you.

Key Responsibilities

Build, maintain, and scale web applications using React.js, Node.js, Next.js, and MongoDB

Collaborate with international teams to convert business requirements into technical solutions

Write clean, modular, and reusable code

Ensure application performance, responsiveness, and security

Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment cycles

Must-Have Skills

1-3 years of hands-on experience as a Full Stack / MERN Developer

Strong expertise in :

React.js, Redux, Zustand, Hooks

Node.js, Express

MongoDB (schema design, aggregations, indexing, optimization)

JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS / SCSS

REST APIs, Git (GitHub / GitLab)

Experience working with Next.js

Strong debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills

Nice to Have

Knowledge of GraphQL, JWT, modular architecture, testing frameworks

Exposure to Generative AI or tools such as OpenAI SDK

Work Model

Full-time, on-site role at our Panchvati, Ahmedabad office

Regular IST working hours

Final round of interview will be conducted on-site
