Job Summary

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with a strong focus on pitch decks, investor presentations, and sales collateral. This role is responsible for transforming complex business strategies, data, and content into visually compelling, professional, and persuasive presentations that drive investment, sales, or partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Development :

Design and develop high-impact, brand-compliant pitch decks, investment presentations, and key client presentations from raw content / text.

Translate written content and data (e.g., financial projections, market research) into clear, engaging visual assets like charts, graphs, infographics, and custom illustrations.

Create and maintain a library of presentation templates to ensure visual consistency across the organization.

Visual Storytelling :

Collaborate with key stakeholders (e.g., Executive Team, Sales, Marketing) to understand presentation objectives and target audience (e.g., investors, clients).

Structure and refine the flow of content to ensure a logical, persuasive narrative and strong visual hierarchy.

Integrate strong typography, colour theory, and visual design principles to enhance message retention and impact.

Branding & Quality Assurance :

Ensure strict adherence to company brand guidelines, including logo usage, color palettes, and corporate style.

Review and polish existing presentations for visual appeal, technical correctness, and overall professionalism.

Project Management :

Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting tight deadlines.

Proactively communicate project status, challenges, and proposed solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience :

Proven experience (3+ years) in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing professional-grade pitch decks and high-stakes presentations.

Experience working with startups, corporate finance, or investor relations is a significant plus.

Technical Proficiency :

Expert-level proficiency in presentation software such as Microsoft PowerPoint and Google Slides.

Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator and Photoshop, for creating custom graphics and refining images.

Proficiency with other tools like Canva Keynote or Figma is a bonus.

Core Competencies :

Exceptional understanding of layout, composition, colour theory, and typography.

Strong visual storytelling ability—capable of simplifying complex information into digestible visuals.

A keen eye for detail and a commitment to producing pixel-perfect, polished work.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to articulate design choices clearly.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
