Role : Generative AI Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Generative AI Engineer to design, develop, and scale cutting-edge AI and GenAI solutions. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise, proven hands-on coding ability, and leadership skills to drive AI innovation within our products and client solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, build, and deploy AI / GenAI models and applications.
• Lead end-to-end development cycles, from prototype to production.
• Scale AI-based systems to meet product and client service requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, product managers, and designers.
• Mentor and guide junior developers and team members.
• Ensure best practices in coding, system design, and performance optimization.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical & Skills :
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in AI / ML development, including hands-on coding.
• Strong experience with Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar frameworks.
• Proven track record in Generative AI (LLMs, Transformers, Diffusion Models, etc.).
• Experience in scaling AI systems for high-performance applications.
• Team leadership experience with the ability to manage and mentor effectively.
