Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in New Delhi for an Operations Manager. The Operations Manager will oversee and optimize daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity. Responsibilities include managing operational workflows, coordinating with our vendors and associated Partner Training facilities of Security & Dangerous Goods and developing strategies to enhance operational performance. The role will also involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, maintaining compliance with industry regulations, and ensuring a high standard of service delivery for clients and partners.

Qualifications

Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to oversee teams and drive operational efficiency

Experience in supply chain management, inventory management, and logistical coordination

Knowledge of purchasing, marketing, and leasing of aircraft materials and equipment

Strong analytical skills, strategic planning, and problem-solving abilities

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration

Attention to detail and ability to maintain compliance with aviation industry regulations

Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Business Administration, or a related field (advanced degrees or certifications are a plus)

Prior experience in the aviation or aerospace industry is highly advantageous
