As a BTL (Below-The-Line) Manager, you'll plan and execute high-impact, on-ground brand activations and gifting initiatives across India. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales and partner engagement through strategic BTL campaigns, while managing budgets, analyzing performance, and optimizing results. With a strong focus on team leadership and vendor coordination, you’ll ensure every experience reflects the brand’s values and delivers measurable impact.

Your Role & Responsibilities :

Pan India BTL Activities

• Plan and execute Below-The-Line (BTL) activities across India, including events, activations, and promotional programs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute BTL strategies that drive sales and brand awareness
• Manage budgets, track ROI, and analyze effectiveness of BTL activities
