Role Overview

Stepcare Healthcare is seeking an experienced Graphic Designer with 5–10 years of professional experience, preferably in a healthcare environment. The candidate will be responsible for designing high-quality creatives, shooting and editing videos, and managing visual content for social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop visual content for marketing materials, digital campaigns, social media, website, and patient communication.
• Shoot and edit promotional videos, ads, and short reels for social media.
• Create animated videos for patient education, service promotion, and brand awareness.
• Design posters, banners, brochures, and in-clinic branding materials.
• Maintain brand consistency across all creative assets.
• Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams to plan and execute content calendars.
• Manage social media creatives, posting formats, and visual engagement strategies.
