Key Responsibilities
- Understand the fundamental for creating 1P and 3P audiences as defined by media strategies and supporting tactics.
- Document audience components in the audience tracker, including :
- Audience name
- Audience size
- Platform syndication
- Frequency of syndication
- Monitor ZMP (Zeta Marketing Platform) to ensure proper audience syndication.
- Syndicate audiences
- to digital platforms and ensure they align with campaign strategies.
- Communicate with media team members (programmatic, social, and search) when appropriate, including :
- Audience name
- Date of syndication
- Ensure audience syndication happens as planned, making necessary extensions if required.
- Conclude audience syndication by stopping syndication when it is no longer needed.
- QA and troubleshoot audience errors, addressing issues promptly to minimize disruptions.
- Input and update tickets, including escalations as necessary.
- Collaborate with media leads to address questions and provide clarity on audience syndication.
- Perform manual updates for Bing syndication when contracts include this requirement.
